Born in 1988 in Poland, I emigrated to the United States in 2003 and grew up in Chicago, Illinois. I earned my bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master’s in journalism from DePaul University. I currently work in Brussels as an editor for the Flanders Today newspaper and as a freelance journalist and photographer.
I speak English, Polish, French and some Dutch. I write on topics ranging from social and environmental issues to politics and technology. I’m always on the lookout for new assignments, so don’t hesitate to shoot me a message.
When not in the Flanders Today’s editorial office, I also write for Vrije Universiteit Brussel, The Bulletin and the ING Expat Times. My work has previously appeared in Crain’s Chicago Business, Chicago Tribune, WBEZ Radio, Peoria Public Radio, Truth Out and the Web Urbanist, among other places.
